Verified source years: 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25. Other selected years appear as gaps.
Current municipality geography is used for national and provincial views. A consistent cohort requires every selected metric in every selected year; sparse SCM flags and latest-only AGSA indicators can produce an empty cohort. Missing records are never converted to zero.
